We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Operator for our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, inventory records, and system coordination to support smooth warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain warehouse data in ERP/software systems
Prepare and update stock, inward, outward, and dispatch reports
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams
Maintain records of GRN, delivery challans, invoices, and returns
Ensure data accuracy and timely system updates
Support audit and stock verification activities
Requirements
Proven experience as a Computer Operator or similar role
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry software
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred)
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
