Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy on Excel.
Input, verify, and maintain records of transactions, customer information, and other data.
Ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.
Monitor and maintain data entry processes and systems to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize data management procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Computer Operator or Data Entry Clerk.
Proficiency in typing and data entry (e.g., numeric and alphanumeric).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with data processing tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, databases).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
Prior experience in a similar role within an office environment.
Knowledge of data quality control practices.
Understanding of basic computer hardware and peripherals.
