Responsibilities:
1. Computer Operations:
- Monitor and manage computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute scheduled tasks, jobs, and system backups.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and peripherals.
2. Telecommunication:
- Manage and maintain telecommunication systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve telecommunication issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade telecommunication hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and ensure the reliability of telecommunication services.
3. Documentation:
- Keep detailed records of system and network configurations.
- Document procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Create and update user guides and manuals.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other IT professionals to address cross-functional issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure effective telecommunication services.
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, telecommunication equipment, and network administration.
- Familiarity with industry-standard telecommunication protocols and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
