Computer Operator
We are seeking a skilled and efficient Computer Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document processing, advanced proficiency in MS Word, and exceptional command of International English. Experience in an international call center is considered a significant advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Document Processing:
Prepare, format, and edit documents with precision and accuracy using MS Word.
Ensure compliance with company formatting standards and requirements.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records efficiently.
Communication:
Interact professionally with team members and clients in English.
Assist in proofreading and editing documents for grammar, style, and accuracy.
Data Management:
Input, organize, and manage data within company systems.
Ensure all documentation and data entries are up-to-date and error-free.
Support Tasks:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of requests.
Provide administrative support as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Skills:
Proven experience with MS Word and related software.
Ability to format, edit, and create professional documents.
Language Proficiency:
Strong command of International English, both written and spoken.
Exceptional grammar and editing skills.
Experience:
Previous experience in an international call center is a plus.
Familiarity with professional communication standards for global clients.
Other Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or certification in Computer Applications, Office Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of professional experience in document processing or a similar role.
