Job Description
We are looking for a professional Typist proficient in both Hindi and English typing. The ideal candidate will be skilled at drafting and typing letters, official documents, and other correspondence in both languages. The candidate should have experience in handling different typing tools and should be able to type efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately type official letters, documents, and correspondence in both Hindi and English.
Draft and format letters and reports following specified formats and guidelines.
Ensure high typing speed and accuracy for both languages.
Proofread typed content to eliminate errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Handle typing-related tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Maintain office documents and files, ensuring proper organization.
Use Hindi typing software (Krutidev, Mangal, etc.) and English typing tools proficiently.
Provide typing support for other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in typing in both Hindi and English (knowledge of Hindi typing software like Krutidev, Mangal, etc. is required).
Strong command over grammar and punctuation in both Hindi and English.
Typing speed of 35-40 words per minute or more in both languages.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and typing tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Strong communication skills.
