Job Title:
Computer Operator cum Office Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems.
Ensure all files and records are well-organized and up-to-date.
Office Administration:
Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure they are stocked.
Document Preparation:
Prepare and format documents, letters, reports, and spreadsheets.
Handle scanning, printing, and photocopying tasks as required.
Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Direct visitors and clients to the appropriate staff members.
Technical Proficiency:
Operate and troubleshoot basic office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Manage office equipment like printers, scanners, and fax machines.
Other Responsibilities:
Provide support to senior staff as required.
Assist in maintaining a clean and professional office environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Requirement: Minimum of a high school diploma or graduate degree in any field.
Computer Proficiency: Must have hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Typing Skills: Good typing speed with high accuracy (e.g., 25-30 WPM or more).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English/Hindi or the local language.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
Experience:
Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Freshers: May also be considered if they meet the skill requirements.
Additional Requirements:
Polite and professional demeanor.
Willingness to learn and adapt to office workflows.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Work Hours: Typically + AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday).
