We are seeking an Office Assistant to support our daily administrative tasks. The Office Assistant will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and inventory records
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Assist in organizing and planning company events
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or related role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Prioritization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
