Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor computer systems and related equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
- Input, update, and maintain data using company-specific software and tools.
- Generate and print reports, invoices, and other necessary documentation as required.
- Troubleshoot system and equipment issues, escalating unresolved problems to the IT department.
- Maintain and back up critical data to ensure security and compliance.
- Perform routine checks on hardware and software to identify and address issues proactively.
- Follow established protocols for system updates and maintenance.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage and organize digital files and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Provide basic IT support to staff when required.
• Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
- Familiarity with office equipment like printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed.
- Knowledge of data entry and data management principles.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholder
Pay: ₹+,100.5+ - ₹20,000.00 per month
