Job description, work day and responsibilities

Accurately enter data into the company database from various sources.

Maintain and update databases with new information and records.

Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.

Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Manage and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval.

Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.

Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Perform other duties as assigned by the senior.
