Job Title: Computer Operators (Data Entry)
Work Location: Pune
Job Timing: 10 am to 6 pm
Monday to Saturday
We are hiring a Computer Operators Data Entry to manage and update company databases with accuracy. Candidates must have good typing speed, MS Office knowledge, and attention to detail. Freshers and experienced both can apply.
Key responsibilities:
Enter data accurately into computer systems and software
Maintain and update records, files, and databases
Verify data for errors and correct them when necessary
Prepare reports and maintain documentation
Scan and file documents properly
Coordinate with other departments for data-related tasks
Ensure confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information.
Perform other tasks: Some roles may include general office duties like scanning documents or answering phones.
Requirements:
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Freshers are welcome; prior experience is a plus.
