Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Computer Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing computer systems, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other IT devices.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and networks.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain accurate service records.
Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical issues.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and IT trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Computer Technician with comprehensive technical skills.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Must hold a valid New Zealand work permit and be ready to work immediately.
