IT Technician / Device Repair Specialist

JMC Computers is a well-established local IT and device repair business with over 16 years of trusted service. We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Technician to join our team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and supporting a wide range of devices, both in-store and online, including:
Smartphones (Apple & Android)
Laptops & Desktops (Mac & Windows)
Tablets & Accessories
Software, network, and system issues
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mainly hardware and prefer to know software faults
Perform screen, battery, charging port, and component repairs
Troubleshoot iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows systems
Deliver excellent customer service
Manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in IT repair or technical support (Iphone,ipad,tablet,laptop)
Strong knowledge of Apple, Android, Windows, and Mac devices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
