Responsible for providing remote support on installation, configuration, implementation, integration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of systems, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as components of operating systems.
Applies technical support expertise to resolve customer issues. Identifies and provides resolutions to technical problems. Uses troubleshooting tools, content and analytical practices to help determine best way to resolve identified and unidentified problems.
Roles & Responsibilities :
· Deploys and fixes application issues for End Users
· Provide technical guidance on using tools executables to fix issues
· Provide Technical Support (Voice & Email) for Athreyas Infotech Engineers & Customers
· Ensures quality of all deliverables produced by carrying out quality checks
· Works with senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, and complex issue resolutions.
· Demonstrates technical expertise while dealing with complex problems
· Exercises judgment within generally defined standards, best practices and workflows
Skills / Experience :
· Good knowledge of the Operating System (Win7 8 10).
· Technical troubleshooting Skills at Applications, OS level
· Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
· Very Good Communication Skills
· Good Articulation Skills

Qualifications :
· Any Degree/Diploma/PUC
· Good Understanding of Windows Client & Server Operating Systems
