Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Trainer, located in Delhi, India. The Computer Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on various computer applications and software, both for individuals and groups. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing trainee performance, providing feedback, and updating course content as necessary. The trainer will also be responsible for staying current with technology trends and updates to ensure training programs are up-to-date.
Qualifications
• BCA\BBA\B.COM\B.SC\M.SC\MTECH
• Proficiency in computer applications and software such as Microsoft Office, Advance Excel, Power Bi, SQL, VBA database management, Tally Prime and internet technologies
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles
• Relevant certifications in computer training or education are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
