About the Role
You will be working with many CT datasets from Lung Cancer applications and applying state-of-the-art deep learning techniques developed in PyTorch / MONAI. This will require using your ML and AI knowledge to solve critical and challenging problems to advance state of the art in Lung Cancer Screening. You will drive the changes in the core algorithm and infrastructure.
Your Foundation:
Must have: Python experience
Familiar with Linux
PyTorch, and MONAI experience highly desired
Prior experience with Medical Imaging Volumetric datasets
You are able to rapidly prototype to create working solutions.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably Advanced degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent technical experience
Must have 3+ years of experience programming in OOP languages like Python
3+ years experience in designing AI algorithm solutions, preferably in Medical Imaging
Some experience with the Visualization toolkit is desirable
DICOM experience is desirable
