The Opportunity
We’re seeking an engaging and inspiring Concession Manager to join our Highpoint locations.
Reporting to the Dual-Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting your team, driving performance, and delivering a premium, personalised client experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader who thrives in a concession environment and is passionate about clienteling and team development.
Permanent full-time | Sunday–Thursday roster
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
Support performance across the concession, achieving sales targets and KPIs
Oversee daily operations, including rostering, customer experience and store standards
Execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
Partner with regional and state leaders to implement store strategies
What You Bring
Proven experience in concession or premium retail leadership
A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Passion for customer experience and clienteling
A natural eye for styling and appreciation for luxury product
Confidence in supporting recruitment, coaching, and performance management
A positive and collaborative leadership style that inspires your team
