Responsibilities
Drive sales across all brands and concession pads.
Drive the team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
Foster a performance-driven culture through inspirational leadership.
Conduct consistent performance conversations to coach and develop team members.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable and brand-aligned teams.
Promptly resolve customer queries and complaints.
Ensure all concession pads are presented and merchandised according to brand standards.
Monitor top sellers and manage stock levels.
Manage labour and rostering according to peak trade periods and within budget.
Implement new business initiatives efficiently and positively.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with David Jones store and floor management teams.
