The addition of this luxurious hotel brings the total number of hotel rooms across our SkyCity Auckland precinct to nearly 1000 (includes The Grand by SkyCity and SkyCity Hotel). The hotel is directly connected to the NZ International Convention Centre and the SkyCity precinct via air bridges over Hobson St. The property is nothing short of spectacular, brought to life by a dedicated team whose hard work and passion shine through as they warmly welcome guests into this extraordinary space.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service by sharing your wealth of knowledge of what to see and do around Auckland as well as overseeing daily activities of our Porters as well as providing support and preparing rosters to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service is flawless.
Mōu | About You
Your excellent communication skills, genuine passion for the hotel industry and people will be vital and previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4 or 5 star environment.
