We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team in Ontario. In this role, you will be a vital part of our commitment to providing exceptional security and customer service, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
Monitor access points and ensure security protocols are followed.
Respond promptly to inquiries and provide information as needed.
Maintain security logs and report any suspicious activities.
Coordinate with security personnel and management to uphold safety standards.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence efficiently.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Support emergency procedures when necessary.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or security roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of security procedures is preferred.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
