Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
Be authorized to work in the U.S
Be able to provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
If you have Military or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
You have one year of security experience
You are 23 years of age or older
You are CPR, First Aid, AED certified or willing to get certification
You are able to walk more than 10,000 steps per day
You have a state license if required
You have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Benefits
Set schedule: We have 2 shifts available:
Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 2nd shift 3 p.m. to 11 p.m
Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 2nd shift 3 p.m. to 11 p.m
Competitive hourly wage of $1+.15 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities
As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc
Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
