Do you take pride in precision and hands-on craftsmanship? If so, Premier Plumbers is searching for a full-time Concrete Finishing Crew Member to bring their skills to a team that values quality work and real results. In this role, you'll play an essential part in restoring concrete surfaces, supporting our plumbing operations, and ensuring every job site is left better than you found it.

This position offers $18–$25 per hour, based on experience. You'll also enjoy a full suite of benefits, including:

ABOUT THIS ROLE

You'll work a steady Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you evenings and weekends to enjoy life outside of work.

Each day, you head directly from your home to the job site, prepared to deliver high-quality concrete work that supports the plumbing systems we install and repair. Your tasks include saw cutting, pouring, and expertly finishing concrete to exact specifications. You work with independence and confidence, ensuring all patches are flush and seamless, even after replacing drains under foundations. You're part of a dependable crew that takes pride in every square inch, leaving behind clean, strong surfaces that speak for themselves.

Ability to finish concrete smooth and 1/8 inch below the surrounding floor
Ability to replace drains under the foundation and then patch the concrete back
