We’re a family-run concrete company looking for a Concrete Prepper for residential flatwork.
We do driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage pads, basements, and other detailed residential concrete projects. We like to joke around, have a laugh, and keep the day moving — but when it’s time to work, we work hard and expect the same from you.
We’re looking for someone who:
has at least 4 years of residential Prepping/forming experience
has excellent customer service skills
can read grades and measurements
knows how to set forms straight, solid, and clean
can build small walls and complex steps
shows up on time and ready to work
works hard without needing to be babysat
gets along with the crew and can take a joke
Job duties include:
forming and cribbing for residential flatwork
setting up driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage pads, and basements
building small walls and complex step work
checking grade, layout, and elevations
helping prep sites and keep jobs moving smoothly
speaking professionally with homeowners and clients when needed
You probably won’t fit if you:
are late all the time
leave crooked forms and call it good
complain all day
bring drama to the site
need someone chasing you around to get things done
