Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We are on the hunt for a Sales Coordinator Extraordinaire to join our vibrant, fast-paced team. If you have a passion for Conference & Events and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you!
At Village Roadshow Theme Parks (VRTP), the sky is the limit! With six unique properties renowned for their exhilarating rides, exciting shows, amazing animals, and spectacular theming, you'll be part of a team that creates unforgettable memories. You'll assist the sales team in locking in Conferences, Events, and Weddings across our 64 spectacular venues at VRTP and Sea World Resort.
Why You'll Love This Role:
As our next Sales Coordinator Superstar, no two days will be the same! Your tasks will include a mix of sales and administration duties such as:
• Actioning and allocating inbound enquiries
• Keeping our CRM system updated
• Organising travel bookings, purchase orders, and art briefs
• Drafting quotes and contracts as needed
• Keeping templates up to date
• Conducting site inspections when required
• Attending trade shows, famils, and events
• Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting
• Taking minutes at sales meetings
• Making outbound telemarketing calls as needed
• Providing VIP treatments
• Coordinating and organizing site inspections and familiarization visits
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to promote VRTP professionally and maximize sales opportunities
• Contributing to C&E team meetings to develop ideas and grow the business
What You'll Bring:
• A passion for sales and unique events, with strong administration and organizational skills
• High proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Effective communication skills and the ability to prioritise and problem-solve
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a polite phone manner
• Experience with Opera, SAP and CRM systems is a plus
• A commitment to achieving performance targets and accountability
• A current Open Driver's License
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
