We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Conference Coordinator to manage the end-to-end execution of conferences under our PCO division. The ideal candidate should be experienced in conference planning, MICE operations, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality events.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing conferences, congresses, and meetings.
• Coordinate with clients, speakers, sponsors, and delegates to ensure seamless communication and operations.
• Support the project team with the development of conference programs, agendas, logistics plans, and execution timelines.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support sponsor and exhibitor servicing, including fulfilment of entitlements and on-ground management.
• Support to prepare post-event reports, evaluations, and feedback summaries.
• Travel on-site as required to support event execution.

Required profile:
• Education: Any Graduate / Graduate degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–4 years in conference operations, event coordination, or MICE roles (experience in PCO or agency side preferred) / similar role.
• Strong project coordination and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask under pressure and work within tight deadlines.
