Position Description

We need support team members to help us give great hospitality and management for the event. Please let us know if you are interested and available, we are excited to chat!

Availability and Commitment

We will have a full team training prior to the event.

Day 1 - October 16

General Duties
• Assist in the set-up and breakdown of conference supplies
• Use scanning systems and equipment to scan badges
• Use a reservation system and equipment to verify guest reservations and hand correct badges for entrance into the venue.
• Assist in troubleshooting guest issues.
• Assist in facilitating overall guest experience.
• Manage the speaker and stage experience
• Attend on-site staff meetings and execute
