Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Producer located in Gurgaon. The Conference Producer will be responsible for tasks such as conference production, topic selection, drafting agenda, market research, communication, speaker acquisition, and event management.
Requirements:
Experience Required: 5-7 years in event production or a related role.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences and events, ensuring seamless logistics and speaker coordination.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and audience needs; develop communication strategies to engage stakeholders. Content Creation for Agenda of conferences, Websites, Marketing, etc.
• Lead digital marketing teams, managing social media content and campaigns across platforms to promote events.
• Research and manage virtual events, including speaker coordination and technical setup to ensure smooth delivery.
• Analyze market data to assess audience size and shape event content accordingly.
• Virtual event hosting, operations and speaker acquisition will be an added advantage.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and events are executed to a high standard.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
