Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Producer at Indian Conventions located in New Delhi. The Conference Producer will be responsible for tasks such as conference production, market research, communication with speakers, and event management. The role involves coordinating all aspects of conference planning and execution to ensure successful events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conference Design: Plan and design engaging conferences based on industry trends.
• Research & Agenda: Conduct research to develop relevant conference themes and create the event agenda.
• Delegate Data: Identify and manage delegate data to attract the right audience.
• Speaker Acquisition: Identify and secure industry-leading speakers for the event.
• Content & Creative: Develop conference materials and oversee creative elements such as branding and design.
• Award Nominations: Manage the award nomination process and ensure smooth recognition at the event.
• Branding & Promotions: Collaborate on marketing strategies to promote the conference.
• Sponsor Identification: Identify potential sponsors and assist in creating sponsorship packages.
• Market Research: Perform research on market trends and competitors to shape conference themes.
• On-ground & Pre-event Management: Ensure all stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, delegates, and team members, are connected and informed throughout the pre-event and on-ground stages.
Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
