Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Producer. The Conference Producer will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of conferences, identifying new topics that may be boxed, market research to identify new trends, developing program agendas, speaker acquisition and sponsorship fulfillment, liaising with event suppliers, providing insight for the marketing and promotion of events, managing event budgets and identifying opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Conference Production, Event Management and Speaker Acquisition
• Ability to conduct extensive market research and identify emerging business trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of managing sponsorships and partnership agreements
• Effective project management and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience working in the B2B event production industry is a plus
