Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and research-driven professional to speaker acquisition / conference producer for our upcoming conferences/ events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging industry trends, hot topics, and thought leadership themes in BFSI and Health.
2. (Optional) Assist in shaping conference agendas and content strategies in line with market insights.
3. Identify, reach out to, and onboard high-profile speakers and subject matter experts from the Banking & Finance and Health sector.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, production) to ensure seamless execution of speaker sessions.
Education and Skill set :
1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
2. 1+ years experience as a Conference Producer or speaker acquisition, preferably in Marketing, Fintech, CIO, Insurance, Technology, Banking, etc.
3. In-depth knowledge of conference production processes and best practices
4. Strong research and analytical skills to identify industry trends and topics
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with speakers and stakeholders
6. Exceptional project management abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously
7. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and attendee satisfaction
