Conference Program Manager

At eVoque event management we specialize in customized planning for a variety of event styles with a main focus in corporate and association conference planning. We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Conference Manager to lead the planning and execution of large-scale conferences (250-750 delegates). You’ll act as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and flawless delivery from start to finish.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver complex, high-profile conferences on time and within budget
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and key milestones
Oversee all logistical elements including registration, housing, audiovisual, speaker coordination, and vendor partnerships
Manage sponsorship and exhibition sales and execution
Ensure all event elements maintain quality standards
Ensure operational excellence and quality control across every aspect of the event
What you bring:

At least 2 years of experience managing large-scale association or corporate conferences
Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, event management, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience working in virtual/hybrid meetings an asset
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex conference budgets ($500,000+)
Excellent communication and client service
In-depth knowledge of end-to-end event logistics and stakeholder engagement
Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
Compensation

Competitive salary range of $70,000 – $85,000 based on experience
