Job Title – Confirmations Analyst
Location – Jaipur, India
Role Description
Manage the end-to-end settlement process and ensure smooth and timely market settlement of and cash transfers between Deutsche Bank and its counterparty. Act as the first point of contact for engagements with the wider Finance community, taking part in initiatives to minimize duplication of effort and maximize efficiencies. Perform daily Nostro reconciliation in an accurate and timely manner. Support interfaces with different internal and external stakeholders (front office, clients, brokers, Nostro agents, exchanges and clearing houses) involved in the settlement process chain, according to the market standards.Be responsible for trade date to settlement date processes (pre-matching and confirmation, trade processing, cash transfer, instruction routing, depot and inventory management, funding and settlement monitoring) and post-settlement date processes (fails management and reconciliations).

Your Key Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to clients
• Ensure specified quality of services at all levels of operations
• Ensure healthy and harmonious relationship with the sending locations
• Interface with the client / agent / custodian for resolution vide client calls / emails.
• Ensure he/she has assisted in creating proper backups through adequate cross training, within the department
• Responsible for managing productivity, accuracy and timeliness as per benchmark requirements
• Escalate all issues properly to the appropriate level to avoid any adverse impact on the business
• Generating reports in order to obtain periodic information on the inquiries received
• Always adhere to KOP and KPI Guidelines
• Assist with various projects, analysis, release testing, automation, process Improvement/re-engineering measures and other initiatives of the group
• Deliver daily assigned productivity target by meeting the required quality score
• Must communicate with staff, leads, and managers to coordinate operational processing within agreed time frames
• Always adhere to KOP and KPI Guidelines
• Perform daily Nostro reconciliation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure that work complies to the Bank’s policy and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate and resolve outstanding breaks.
• Process SWIFT messages and operate the Swift Alliance system to support payments and treasury-related transactions.
• Participate in work process improvement initiatives and system testing to bring about work productivity and efficiency.
Your Skills And Experience
• Minimum Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in Nostro reconciliation
• Familiar with Swift messages and the Swift Alliance system.
• Strong risk compliance mindset
• Good time management and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
