The Opportunity
We have a brilliant opportunity for a Confirmations Officer to join our friendly Solid Waste Collections team based in Kilburn 5084. This is a key role that sits at the heart of our operations, ensuring all jobs are accurately confirmed to support a smooth and efficient billing process.

Monday to Friday on site
8am - 4pm

What you'll be responsible for
Confirming routes and reviewing confirmations accurately
Reconciling Purchase Order numbers, subcontractor invoices and disposal dockets
Preparing customer-specific reports
Managing the weekly internal subcontractor payment process
What you'll need to be successful
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Working knowledge of SAP and a background in invoicing and data integrity
High attention to detail with a naturally analytical approach
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Ability to build strong working relationships across Operations and Finance teams to deliver shared outcomes
