Sr Core Requirements :-
Team Leaders with 1 to 2 years experience in Managing Floor with Span 0f 20-25 FTE. CTC 3 to 6 Lacs / Year . Number of Vacancies - 10
Trainers / QA with 1 to 5 years experience in Inbound Process Training / Quality . CTC 3 to 3.5 -5.5 Lacs / Year . Number of Vacancies - 5
WFM/ RTM Executives with minimum 6 months experience in RTM/ WFM . CTC 3.5 to 4.5 Lacs / Year . Number of Vacancies - 5

Customer Support Specialist Role:
Provide a wow experience for our customers by going the extra mile enquiries are via email / chat , or via phone call
Help implement new efficiencies and process to improve our customer service and speed
Provide solutions to problems quickly and efficiently
Design email responses to leave customers happy and satisfied
Work closely with customer service team to support and motivate each other

We need someone with:
