Job Description
The research, development, design, production and delivery of allocated events
Working with the Senior Events Production Manager to deliver Fireworks and any other events delivered by the Events Team
Budget planning, new supplier sourcing, contract negotiations and identifying new revenue / sponsorship opportunities
Producing all relevant production paperwork including but not limited to site plans, event management plans, safety and emergency plans
Booking and managing casual staff assisting with events and ensures that they are fully briefed
Liaising with statutory / Council services and contractors for the delivery of event productions, including but not limited to the following: Environmental Services, Building Control, Highways & Parking, Waste Management, Emergency Services, Public transport operators, Security & First Aid contractors, Grounds Maintenance contractors, and Service and equipment suppliers
