Consolidation Analyst
• Responsible for preparation of standalone financial statements and quarterly financial results of Allcargo Logistics Limited
• Preparation of reports, ensuring the financial records are maintained in compliance with GAAP, IndAs and internal policies and procedures
• Prepare standalone balance sheet schedules and investigate any abnormal balances
• Preparation of intercompany elimination and consolidation entries on a quarterly basis
• Support in preparation of consolidated balance sheet, P&L and cash flow statement on a quarterly basis and consolidated financial statements
• Coordinate and review balance sheet variance analysis
• Coordinate and assist with various statutory filings
• Assist with various year-end tax packages
• Support month-end close as needed
