We are seeking a motivated professional with 2–3 years of multifamily construction experience to join our team.
Key Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in multifamily ground-up construction (required)
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing, electrical, and structural plans
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the full construction lifecycle of multifamily residential projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Lead on-site construction teams with a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and productivity
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide timely project updates
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
Key Requirements
• Experience: 2–3 years in multifamily ground-up construction (required)
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings (plumbing, electrical, structural)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation (must have a car)
• Full-time W2 position
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Los Angeles time)
