Looking for a candidate with extensive experience in construction and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Candidate must possess the following skill sets:
· Ability to understand building and construction
· Strong ability to obtain estimates and engage contractors
· Knowledge of both residential and commercial properties
· Extensive project management experience
· Able to multi-task both large and small projects
· Strong ability to research real estate opportunities and look for growth in existing real estate
· Proven track record of success in real estate dealings
· Strong analytics to access opportunities, evaluate contractor bids, cut costs and manage projects from start to finish.
REFERENCES REQUIRED

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
