Minimum 5+ years verifiable experience as a Journeyman Carpenter(applicants with less than 5 years will be assessed for experience level and be considered)
The ability to read and understand drawings and specifications as well as to contribute to creating as-built drawings
Strong working knowledge of job site safety with the ability to thoroughly evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning with an emphasis on identifying hazards Ability to work in high elevations up to 80 ft
Must have strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with all levels of management; must have a high degree of initiative, and the ability to work alone and effectively with other people
Extensive knowledge in using hand and power tools
The ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions
Ability to produce parts lists and work plans based on drawings or field walks
Ability to produce as-built drawings for work performed
Ability to complete job scopes outside of normal core competencies as required

Client is looking for a Carpenter to work on large scale ground-up Engineering-Procurement-Construction project that requires exceptional talent. The product portfolio is expanding with never-built-before production lines, and requirements demand cell production volume at a scale which was once thought to be impossible to reach. The position is in Sparks, NV.

What You'll Do
