Position: Design Coordinator
Required By: Immediately (within 30 days)
Education: B.Arch
Experience: 6 years in high-rise residential projects
Reporting To: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Design Processes: Act as a liaison between design teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of design objectives.
• Assist in Design Development: Collaborate with architects and engineers on design concepts, drawings, and specifications.
• Facilitate Design Reviews: Document feedback, decisions, and ensure accurate communication of design revisions.
• Track Project Timelines: Monitor progress against schedules, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Manage Budgets: Track design-related expenses and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate Procurement: Ensure timely acquisition of design-related materials and services.
• Support Project Managers: Assist in coordinating design activities with construction crews and subcontractors.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of design documentation, including drawings and specifications.
Essential Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MST
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards
