VECA Electric & Technologies has an opening for a Document Control Specialist. This position will be located at the Seattle office and report to Office Manager.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Candidates must possess strong organizational and time management skills
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Possess a positive and collaborative attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word) & Adobe Acrobat
Bluebeam & Spectrum experience a plus, but not required
Construction industry experience preferred
Position Accountabilities:

Maintain and accurately update information in VECA’s document management system
Print/Scan large format drawings
Assemble Submittals and O&M’s as required
Post updates to drawings both manually and digitally
Follow VECA processes and procedures for Document Control
Ensure consistency of document management
Ability to lift up to 30lbs
Front desk coverage during receptionist breaks and PTO
Physical Demands: To perform the essential functions of this job the employee needs to work effectively in a variety of work site scenarios including remote construction job sites. Compensation & Benefits:

$24.00 - $29.00 per hour based on Experience
