Position: Business Analyst- Valuation and Technical Advisory
Job Type: Full Time Employment
Key Responsibilities-
1. The job is for a techno commercial role. Job responsibility includes Business Development, Site Survey-- Marketing and Technical.
2. Planning, directing & co-coordinating various projects received from different Banks.
3. Marketing & maintaining relationships with Bank managers.
4. Conducting various surveys and site inspection at various locations.
5. Maintaining business relationships with private clients and other associate members of the company.
Requirements-
1. Candidates must be comfortable with travelling in Public transport.
2. Candidate should be well versed with Mumbai region.
3. Candidate having own vehicle would be preferred.
4. The minimum educational qualification is B.Tech./B.E.- Civil
5. Experience in the Valuations Sector would be a plus.
6. Inclination towards Business development should be there.
7. Candidate must be confident and should have good presentation skills.
8. Communication skills must be excellent.
