Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role. The successful candidate will be expected to manage projects and crews while also working on-site when needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction.
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day residential renovation projects
Coordinate trades, materials, and schedules
Perform hands-on work including:
Light framing
Drywall installation and repairs
General carpentry
Finishing work
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
Communicate with clients and management professionally
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Experience
Experience leading construction crews
Strong knowledge of residential renovations
Experience with framing and drywall
Ability to read drawings and problem solve on site
Reliable transportation
Punctual, organized, and dependable
Valid Working at Heights certification or willingness to complete the course
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in full home renovations
Basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing coordination
Ability to train and manage junior workers
