We are looking for Construction General laborers to join our team. We're seeking individuals who love working outdoors, trying new tasks and learning new skills.
Our ideal candidate:
Loves working outdoors.
Finds satisfaction in completing a long day of work.
Thrives under pressure and enjoy challenges.
Has experience operating equipment (i.e. back-pack blowers and shovels).
Finds it rewarding working within a team to accomplish a common goal.
Is task-oriented and dependable.
loves to collaborate with a team on an end goal, but enjoys working autonomously to execute their part.
Has a Class 5 License or better.
The Role:
This is an on-call position with opportunity for full time year round employment. Occasional overnight and daytime shifts are currently available.
Duties include:
Sweeping/cleaning parking lots, installing drive ways, grading gravel pads, excavation.
Operate equipment including: backpack blowers, masonry saws, compactors.
Irrigating work areas, clearing brush.
Equipment maintenance and organization.

The steady growth of new clientele paired with our maintenance contracts has led to the need for additional field staff.
