Pearl Builders Group is a commercial and residential real estate project management company. With over 20 years of experience amongst the senior management, Pearl Builders delivers a wide variety of projects. We manage projects from construction to property management encompassing a complete design/build. Our work ranges from the management and development of completely new builds, refurbishments, and fit outs for Companies.
We are currently looking to add a motivated individual that can work in a fast-paced environment to join our Construction team in Brampton.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare floors/walls for installations.
Assisting to install tiles in various construction areas.
Assisting in maintenance and light repairs.
Perform routine landscaping on the grounds.
Assisting in paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g., build cabinets)
Assisting in repair equipment or appliances
Assist in electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs.
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g., shoveling snow)
Identify and report the need for major repairs.
Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, trailers, and platforms manually.
Examine and inspect incoming and outgoing items for accuracy, wears and defects and report any issues to supervisor immediately.
Requirements:
Lifting required up to 40lbs - 50lbs
Experience of construction is required
Availability to work full-time
