Overview
We are seeking 6 motivated and reliable Construction Helpers to support our construction team on various projects. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry, working alongside skilled professionals to ensure project success. The Construction Helper will be involved in a variety of tasks that contribute to the efficient progress of construction sites, emphasizing safety, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Load, unload and transport construction materials,
Mix, pour and spread materials,
Assist in framing, erecting walls
Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Experience
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, dependable, and eager to learn new skills.
Basic physical fitness, including the ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods.
Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn safe operation of construction equipment is advantageous.
