Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality on the job site.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks as assigned.
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety on the job site.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and hazards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
