We are seeking an experienced Construction Labourer to help oversee construction projects from inception to completion, and be on the tools for certain aspects of the day to day project. The ideal candidate wants to learn multiple trades and complete a variety of tasks in each day. The role requires communication and thoughtfulness.
Duties
Report to the supervisor and maintain skilled production on site.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and changes.
