About the role
The City of Sydney has an exciting opportunity available for a motivated person to work as part of our friendly and professional Construction Regulation Team.

You’ll have broad scope dealing with internal and external stakeholders, be the point of contact for construction and maintenance activities on public and private land.

You’ll work proactively with the various stakeholders to promote responsible and practical construction methodologies that satisfy legislative obligations and minimise unreasonable impacts on the surrounding environment.

We’re looking for someone with:

a working knowledge of the various legislation that regulates construction activities and building sites
demonstrated understanding of common construction methodologies
an ability to manage complex situations featuring multiple stakeholders
a current NSW recognised drivers licence.

This role has the option of a team based flexible working arrangement – known as a 9-day fortnight.
