Construction/Project Management Assistant
Summary/Objective:
Provides Office Provides Support to 2 Executives, Construction/Project Manager and Partner of Real Estate Management Company
Responsibilities:
· Assist Construction Manager and Partner with projects and daily responsibilities
· Assist with all aspects of Project Management including preparing spreadsheets and organizing documents for meetings, reviewing project status with PM on and ongoing basis, familiarity with project contracts and assisting with contractor management and follow-up
· Organization, preparation and maintenance of reports including budget spreadsheet, meeting minutes, bi-annual progress report, budget/bid analysis, etc.
· Review, approval and execution of invoices
· Conduct site visits as needed
· Create project visits as needed
· Maintain project documents and samples
· Ad hoc projects as needed
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
· Personable
· Attention to detail
· Must be able to adhere to deadlines
· Must be highly organized
· Real Estate or Construction Experience a plus
· Knowledge of Excel required
· Knowledge of MS Project a plus
