Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to achieve the desired vision and functionality.

Team Leadership:

Manage and supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and trades.

Promote a safe, efficient, and productive working environment.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain impeccable quality control, focusing on craftsmanship and finish.

Address defects or issues promptly to uphold the luxury standards expected.

Scheduling and Budget Management:
